i know this ain't original, but alcohol is great, a glass of Grappa, Tequila or sum like that CAN help, even if you're not drunk at all

weed don't help me sleep at all usually, but maybe that's just me...rather cigarettes

reading or watching tv can help too, or some kind of rather slow/soft music

and of course there's sleeping pills if you're getting desperate...

The past like week and a half, I've havn't been to sleep earlier than 1:30, it sucks ass man, I wake up at like 7:45 so Ive been getting weak ass rest and I have no fuckin idea why, sucks.. tried gettin baked, but it only worked one night.

i just found out nyquil gel caps are far more potent...it takes pm's 2-3 hours to put me down, nyquil knocked me out in about 30 minutes

I used to have alot of trouble sleeping but now I am ok because I am working alot.  Always come home tired and then fall asleep quite naturally.  Over the last few months I dont think I have been up later than 5.00am, which for me is pretty awesome because I used to do all nighters all the time.
