real talk...the production on this album is better than anything since Dre 2001, would like to see more Dre tracks but every producer comes correct...

No Doubt... it's the best production on any album since "2001".  And aside from the Marshal Mathers LP, the Eminem Show, and Stillmatic, it is the best album to be released since "2001".

No way... The College Dropout wasn't even 2004's best album, but The College Dropout > The Documentary

Yeah College Dropout was probably better, production wise.. The production on Documentary is top notch, but it sounds too blended for my taste with all those different producers from different places. I would like a more west coast sound to it, or at least have Dre produce 9 tracks like he was supposed to.

yea, that's iovine.
they tried to make it appeal to pretty much anybody, that's why it has so many different vibes. and I reckon they succeeded, as certain people like tracks I like least and the other way around. women should dig tracks like don't worry, a track I don't even listen to.

a few suggestions:
- cormega - the realness
- gangstarr - the ownerz
- immortal technique - revolutionary vol. 2
- jay-z - the black album
- jay-z - the blueprint
- nas - stillmatic
- reflection eternal (talib kweli & dj hi-tek) - train of thought
