Ever been suspected as an anthrax transporter?

Yea, this is really pointless, but a few months back a friend and I had a brilliant idea - to have him dress up as 70's drug dealer and carry a briefcase full of bags of flour. The plan was to walk by groups of people and have the briefcase open and spill right next to them, causing them to think the flour was cocaine - I think you get the general idea.

So we went to the mall and began. Around the completion of our second run, a security guard walked up to us and questioned us. We laughed in his face and then we realized cops were right behind us. Yea, it was shitty.

The cops, along with the mall management, tried to press charges and the whole situation went from joke to ordeal. Long story short, I got the charges dropped from us and got my video camera back (just after it took them 2 months to release it).

You might think the whole situation was idiotic. I'll admit, it was dumb, but we never thought that it would turn that crazy. We didn't think we'd go to jail or have to pay fines and shit; we figured the most that could happen was that we'd have to clean up the flour. Big mistake I guess.

Anyone else have any fucked up stories like this?

when I was 12 me and a friend snorted pixie sticks at school and had to meet with the school police officer to talk about drugs lol

What rights did they have to press charges? U were carrying bags of flour, theres no law against that!~

The fines were dropped with the charges, but there was disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
