NIKE paid The Game to mention "air forces" in his songs

u might have heard game rapping about "air ones" or "air forces" in most of his songs, well i just heard on Q 104.7 in oxnard that nike paid Game to promote thier product and he supposelly got a good chunk of money from Nike. It just so happens that 1 week after Games album droped nike is re releasing air force ones to footlocker, footaction and other nike retailers across the country this weekend.

that would explain why he makes refrences about it in almost every song.

Is it odd that he mentions air forces at least once in every verse he spits on Documentary.  This would make a lot of sense, although it's kinda sellin' out if ya ask me.

Just to clear it up: Just cause an entertainer signs a contract with a company, promotes them, does commercials, etc.....IMO, that DOES NOT make them a sell-out.  It seems to make Game somewhat of a sell-out if it alters his lyrics and he HAS to mention the damn shoes all the time.  If he likes the shoes and wants to talk about them, cool....but if he had a contract that said he HAD to mention them, then well....

because hes getting good $$$.  game is not a millionare right now so if nike comes to u with some cash and offers u a good amount of cash u wouldn't take it??  just think about it. they probably  gave him around 500,000 more or less. with that money he could give it to his family to survive for the next 4 yrs.
