I was reading through some old shit and read that in 1997 c-bo fired a gun in the air during a shootout and the bullet ended up hitting a innocent person and it killed him. newayz bo was found guilty and only got 15 months??

i was wondering if ne1 knew more about this because today we just say tray dee get 12 years for shooting at someone and no one was inured and surprisibgly c-bo does the same thing and it killed somebody and he only got 15 months??

i would think there's a big difference between shooting a gun at someone, and shooting a gun up in the air. granted if you shoot a gun up in the air and someone is accidentally killed, then it would be some form of manslaughter (1,2,3) but if you're firin a gun @ someone, you either want to cause them harm, or kill them so your intent is pretty obvious

if you shoot it up in the air then you werent aiming at anyone and didnt have the intentions of killing someone. i just wish more people would realize that if a bullet goes up - it has to come down. theres always innocent people gettin killed on 4th of July cuz of that.

but yeah theres a difference between shooting a bullet in the air & aiming it at someone.

yeah there could be a lot of factors why he got off so easy. wow that sucks for shyne though i know he is doing 12 years or something but thats kind of harsh for shooting up in the air.

i would feel different though if it was a family member of mine that was killed, thats what makes it tough cause you feel bad for the guy locked up if his intentions werent bad and you feel extremely bad for the victims.

naw you guys got it twisted.  C-BO had a video shoot.  hella bangers were there, bloods and crips.  all these guys started shooting there guns in the air.  a bullet came down and hit somebody ( I think it was Q-Ball, a relative of Brotha Lynch)  thats why brotha lynch and C-bo used to have beef.  It is impossible to tell who actually fired the bullet that hit the guy, cuz so many fools were firing guns.  but it was c-bo's video shoot and he invited them all.
