Silly article from a newsletter that I found...

BBC Radio 1Xtra has arranged a special day of
    programming to celebrate Dr Dre's 40th birthday,
    on 18th February. Unfortunately, Dre is not so
    keen on the idea, so 1Xtra bosses had to send
    this email out to presenters:

    "Aftermath Records in the States are VERY
    unhappy with us drawing attention to the fact
    that Dr Dre is going to be 40 years old - so
    tone down the mentions of him turning 40. Just
    say it's his birthday so we're going to
    celebrate with Dre Day."

If Dre was intelligent, he'd be BRAGGIN that he's 40 years old.  He's gonna get old, no matter what happens, you can't hide from your age.  He should turn it into something to brag about, because he has a lot to brag about.  He's 40, but man he's been making good music for nearly 20 years now.  I mean he don't have to be the rappin granpa but a few verses about how he's never getting old and how he's the only rapper alive that gets better as he gets older or something would be what I would do.

If you noticed lately, Dre's a lot slimmer. Compared to only a couple of years ago, he looks like he's lost weight, and yea, he does look younger than what he really is. More power to him.  8)

i wouldnt call Dre a O.G.. but im givin nigga props for helpin Game. i was beginnin to think Dre was scared of Compton.

When i refer to Dr. Dre as a OG i meant that as age wise.If you know any cats that's over 40 you call them OG out of respect because they're older.It has a different meaning here in the Bay as compared to L.A., i guess.

i don´t think that story is true coz he was over here last year around his birthday and he was all happy about soon hittin 40 talkin bout when he hits 40 he´s gonna spend more and more time with his wife and kids and shit. well atleast Dre aint the oldest cat in the game still makin dope shit Guru is 43 or 44 lol
