Whats up with Windows Media!?? HELP ME PLEASE!

Windows media aint working for me, when i try to watch streaming video, my browser just freezes up (Firefox, that is) ...and IE doesnt work at all, all it says is "Connecting to media".....anyone know whats up? thanks in advance

WM10 is gay i've not had those problems but what the fuck has happenned to internet radio I used to listen to 1xtra alot now its all msn radio bollox and the i don't like the general set up of the media library v9 was so much better.

30 processes...i can lower it to about 8 or 9, ive done that before, still doesnt do anything...it used to work untill i got DSL (maybe should have explained that from the get-ko)...
