i'd have to go with dave chappelle,george lopez, and most recently Ralphie May from compton, just bought his dvd Just Correct which was goodi thot.

I also find Dane Cook pretty fucking hilarious(nothing near legendary but still fcking hilarious).  The type of comedy that is more of a hanging out with the homies jokes.
