Might be wrong...but didn't this drop in 1993? I thought Mr. Scarface Is Back was in 91.

Propz for the credits.I LOVE THIS ALBUM.And i just realised Strictly For The Funk Lovers features RBX.
The woman singing sounds a bit like Jewell, too.
