Jome is one of many nicks for "Jo Mikael", American version would be Joe Michael..

Pronounced "Jo-meh", but the "o" isn't pronounced "Ohh" like most Americans do with O's, it's more like you would say the O in "Olivia", not like "Ohh-verseer".
