ya know man I appreciate everything that website like dubcnn and wcrydaz do, but one think I think that is really bad with this internet shit, is rap beef.  a lot of these people who post on rap forums luv drama, they are soap opra drama queens.  I personally think the internet is part of the problem of the westcoast not being unified.  and I'm not just blaming these drama queens and people in charge of the network, its rappers faults too.  such as daz, yukmouth, game, etc.  but I really think these sites and forums are helping fuel these rap beefs.  for instance with this news here in this thread.  nobody before knew that tray deee was like fuck goldie loc.  now this shit is gonna get escalated, I guarantee it.  its just gonna get worse and worse.  just look at the game/yukmouth beef.  hell the dpg/kurupt beef hugely escalated due to the internet.  Hell I'm not saying that that websites should not comment on beef, but I mean something like this.  styles was the only one who spoke to tray deee, and heard this news.  I definately don't think it is neccasaryry to make a thread about it.  In fact I think it woulda been better to just keep that news to yourself.   and all these interviews asking rappers about the beefs they are involved in, does not help it at all.  these rappers have huge egos, and they are only gonna say things that make the beef escalate.  I understand how much people luv drama and they want these questions asked, but you really gotta think about whether its doing more bad than it is good.

Good point....I couldnt agree more.  I always tend to say out of the "beef" threads for the most part.  Im here to enjoy music, not to comment on situations between rappers who I dont know personally.  These internet beefs get so tiring sometmies with all the he said she said bullshit....I could really care less as long as people are making good music, thats all that should matter.

I didn't say censor anything.  what good does telling everybody that tray deee said fuck the eastsidaz do?  it does absolutely no good at all.  all its gonna do is make the westcoast more worse off than it already is.  These rappers are grown men, right, but they sure don't act like it.  A perfect example is your first kurupt video interview with YA and roscoe and Baby c-style around.  those guys sounded dumb as fuck yelling all those things about snoop and daz and dpg.  I lost a ton of respect for roscoe from that interview.  Grown men handle things like men, they don't talk shit with the security of not being near the person and suffering any consequences.  How many times in that interview did roscoe comment about how skinny snoop is, or say fuck bad azz or something like that?  Roscoe is a fucking pussy.  that guy is fucking tiny.  Daz would fucking squash roscoe if they got into a fight.  daz would squash kurupt too.  I mean I can't even take daz seriously anymore and I have lost 100% respect for him because of his comments on the internet and in interviews.  these rappers are acting like kids starving for attention, its really pathetic.  Rap can't take much more before it is completely ruined.  I know for myself I don't know how much more internet rap drama I can take before I just say fuck it and completely stop supporting any rappers childish enough to take part in internet beef.

You do whatever you want styles, its your website, its your life, I'm not in control of any of it.  but ask yourself, what good has come from that kurupt interview with all those guys talking shit?  what good has come from the yukmouth/game beef?  what good is gonna come from tray deee's recent comments?  what good came from the 2Pac/biggie beef?  At least back in the day, they could make really good diss songs like dollars and sense, dre day, real muthaphukkkin gz, but nowadays nobody even really makes a good diss song.

No newspaper or magazine reporter would do that...so why should I be the exception? This is a real situation..Its real life news. All I can say is if you don't like it, you don't have to read it. This rap beef shit was here before I started reporting and its going to be around when I stop.

I've been thinking abuot that alot, like for example when Kokane wanted me to host his "Fuck Snoop Dogg" message. if I wouldn't have existed, it wouldn't have spread over the internet, and made it's way onto Power 106 where it was played too. Few months later, Kokane took it back and said he's not on that shit anymore anyway.

So if I would've declined, that beef wouldn't have been blowned up. Same with several other things..

On the other hand, what Styles is sayin' makes sense too, we're news reporters and quote what the artists want us to quote. So at the end of the day it's up to the artists... they gotta think about what the say.

I feel you Grundy. Personally I don't follow any beef, really. The only beef I know a lot of is the 2Pac vs. Biggie beef, but I'm not the only one who knows a lot about that. The The Game vs. Jay-Z beef has my attention too though, since I was at the Amsterdam concert where The Game dissed Jay-Z.
