« on: August 25, 2002, 04:13:18 AM »
There's so much disappointing shit out there ...like Thug Immortal ...what ya'll think is the best Tupac DVD? I'm searching for some live and studio scenes especially from his Death Row days and shortly before... is there ANY GOOD DVD?

Death Row Uncut has got good videos and behind the scenes, the best doccumentary though is Thug Angel. Its got an interview wit pac when he was 17, pac at a gun range, scenes of pac in the studio. Its the bes 2 pac dvd out, u wont be dissapointed if you buy it.

I'd say "Thug Angel" is by far the best DVD released so far. There's plenty of never before seen footage, pictures and loads of exclusive interviews included. Plus the film itself is by far the most detailed. Next to that i'd say "Before I Wake" is the best, it's one of the most detailed in regards to the death of 'Pac, it's mainly about his relationship with his bodyguard, Frank Alexander, during the last yr of his life. There's some really good behind the scenes footage in the studio and stuff included on this DVD also.
I copped both "Thug Immortal" & "Death Row Uncut" too but both are quite dissapointing, their worth the watch once though I suppose  :P
You could also check out "Welcome To Death Row" (brilliant doc on the whole Death Row era but not that much on 'Pac is included apart from the obvious), and there's also quite a few more independent releases but they are usually all the same  :P

Thug Immortal is from 1997, man! We in 2002! Get new shit like "BEFORE I WAKE", or "THUG ANGEL", or the new "VS". They dope as fuck! And if you like the Outlawz, they got a DVD too.

Antonio...u are right, it's 2002. But that doesn't matter since Pac died in 1996. I don't think the new DVDs got footage since 1997...  :D
Welcome To Death Row is maaaaad tight.
