because it's his old songs etc, he says on cd that he released it cause some people didnt hear some of his old good material

i think he said that it was gonna be kind of like a "BEST of" type of cd along with some rare, new or mixed tracks. something like that. its been out for a while now just look for the leak.

the advance has 18 tracks but didn't come with titles or a tracklist
