s.carter and ice cube join aftermath

i was cruisin thru the aftermath website lookin at the releases  comin up mainly to see when stat quo's cd is droppin but i found this at the bottom
POSSIBLE RELEASES
S.CARTER (tba)
ICE CUBE (tba)
can anyone explain this ???????????????????? ???

some time during 2004 they announced that jigga signed a 1 album deal with dre
and cube been talkin about joining aftermath since late 2002

bone thugs and wutang were in talks but nothing came of that cube & jay z are unknown and for aftermathmusic.com it says possible releases not definate ones.

And next time, could you be so kind as to add a question mark to the subject of the topic... When I clicked it, I was thinking Cube and Jigga finally got a real contract for their albums on Aftermath.

So. There's never been anyone officially stating "no, they're not signing to Aftermath" and there have been some rumours, so I guess that's why those names are still listed as possible future releases.
