XXL - West Coast Ressurection Issue (comments, info, etc)

How many of y'all have seen, or bought, this issue that has Game and Snoop on the cover? I had to buy it as soon as I saw it...I almost walked out the store without payin for it because I got excited 2 see it. It has articles on G Black, Game, Snoop, Eazy-E, Quik, Daz, MC Eiht, and a whole lotta other shit inside of it. Personally, it's a great issue, and they covered a whole lot. I know some people may complain because it missed this, or shouldn't have put that, but this is the most love we've got in a magazine since the Source issue with Snoop Dre and Cube on the cover back in like 2000 or 2001.

I'll post up more on it later, or answer whatever questions y'all have about it.

I loved the fact the editor called Snoop out on giving a bullshit interview

Haven't read the stories on Snoop or Game yet, although the Snoop piece does look like they tried to drag a 15 minute interview over too many pages: "Snoops friends have this to say about him..." lol

Mainly bought it for the Quik piece. You can tell his marketing people are trying to push him hard as a star this time - look at those pictures next to the Rhythm-al-ism cover for example - muthafucka must have had 15 botox shots in his face lol. Still, looking forward to hearing those tracks he played them.

The Daz piece was cool too, as was the Ras interview. Great stories on the whole.

great issue... I wish they asked better questions in some of those interviews tho... the game article was a good read, but i bought it for the quik article... oh, i didnt even know that you could buy white jeans... peace
