question about the leaking of "Just watchin"

There were a bunch of 2pac tracks that leaked right after he died ("All out", "Happy home", "When we ride on our enemeies", "Thug n me"), so how come it took almost 8 years for this track to leak?  Also, does this mean there are going to be other unheard Pac tracks to be leaked soon?

i think it means pac has another live show soon...... maybe in vegas again..... 8)

maybe suge tucked back an album worth of really good superior tupac tracks to release or sell when the hype died down....

maybe these were in daz's collection of tupac reels?

in a recent interview em said that loyal was the last album and that there might possibly be one more

so it sounds like they are running out finally, i mean come on, the unreleased tracks have produced many albums.. many good albums might i add

more albums dead than alive
