When it comes to skills Ill say Chace Infinite.But as of late I dont really have a favorite from the west.I havent seen anything really happening on the west right now.Id probably go wit Planet Asia tho.Im also looking forward to Mitchy Slick's new album.Im sure that album will establish him as one of the best upcoming rappers from the west.

If you're talking about skills....I'm going w/ Ras Kass but if it's hype right now, you have to go w/ Game, no matter what these fools on this site be talking or hating about.
