apple says it will replace your ipod if anything goes wrong within the first year, take it to the apple store, and make sure you lie to them and tell them you had nothing to do with it, cause if you say you soaked it, they'll be like yeah go shove it up your ass, but if you say, it just started malfunctioning on its own then they'll replace it. trust me, i dropped mine and i got it replaced
