I don't lift anymore, but I'm gonna start in the near future. I weigh 200 pounds, 2 weeks ago I weighed 210 pounds, but then I got sick of it and went on a diet. I eat 1000 calories or less a day, and I'm going to continue doing that until I weigh 180 pounds. Once I get to 180 pounds, I'm going to join a gym again to gain muscle mass.
