lets start today. whenever you see some1 out of your group online, you can do your game with him.
For example if i'd have to play Doggy now, we'd play one game, 6minutes a half time. The one who wins, gets three points, the other one 0. if its a draw, its 1 point each. And after all games are played, we look at the points and the last two out of each group are out.

Actually i won technically  on golden goal but we both agreed to call it a draw cause its not knock out stage , only group stage.
