My homie in the County ran into Tray Dee in the county jail and said he wasnt that nice on the freestyle tip he said he was reciting old Eastsidaz material and shit

alot of cats are good at writing but not so good at freestyling.  more importantly, alot of cats that are good at freestyling will use lines they spit in freestyles in later released verses, and will use lines from verses in freestyles.  and alot of cats will recycle rhymes from rare unreleased shit...etc.

not that big a deal imho.  when you get in the studio, spit your best shit.  i don't give a fuck if cats from the block already heard that metaphor or punchline in one of your freestyles.

So? 2Pac said that it was pratically impossible for him to rap/write lyrics/freestyle in jail, cause his mind was fucked up.
