That instrumental, especially the part after Suga Free's rap, is  :o  :o such a great kick back song

I don't think Quik even sampled it, he just rapped right over it.

Good looks!!!! yeah i figured he rapped over it like he did for the "Everyday Thing" drop and a few of the other drops...
