George Bush Pink Hat image

I am looking for the creator/source of the image of George Bush wearing a large pink hat that was up on the internet some months back.  It's a fascinating image that I want to use, with permission, in web project.

just found george....he wasn't in pink but purple--hat n' suit.  looking for the source.
what about the bandana image. it's cool.  anyone know the source.  need permission to use either
in my web project...you know, respect to the artists...right?
