Anyone read tha new Quik interview in SCRATCH Mag?

u know Scratch Magazine??? the same one that interviewed Dr. Dre a while back... anyways, this interview is just another example of why Quik is a musical genious... he's trying to patent his invention that will clearly isolate drum samples from old records... doesn't get too specific about the new album "Trauma"... for those that don't know Scratch is a magazine that gets into the mechanics and technical shit of the recording process... its a pretty good issue, there's also a section on Fredwreck putting some equipment to the test at a LA convention...

if i had a scanner i'd post scans... but i dont... sorry

on a side note, i wish i went to a recording engineering school instead of majoring in some bullshit major... oh well

i need to read this article cause i live in the UK and i somehow don't think i'll be able to pick up the mag anywhere right now. the dude who did the interview frequents the quik board and asked which questions people would like to see him ask before doing the interview, so it should be really informative on a number of levels...
