maybe I should say... those four albums were my favorite westcoast albums since our era... I mean, music then was solid, but westcoast rap had a distinct style then... now were just like everyone else...

Legendary my ass...I mean, you're right: there was a continuous style throughout all of those albums, that's a fact, but that's basically it. Snoop didn't take care of his artists the way a CEO is supposed to. But you could see that coming from a mile away...it wasn't really a surprise. When a CEO is the biggest artist on his own label, you can be sure that all the focus will be on himself, and not on the other artists.

It even surprises me that they even managed to release that Bad Azz album!

No hate though...Snoop just tried something out, but it didn't work out the way he wanted it to.
A CEO should focus on his business. A rapper should focus on his music. And I can imagine it's difficult as hell to combine both perfectly...

I agree, I really hated Snoop for awhile for "ruining" (wasnt all his fault of course) all the good things dat could have come out of this. But still, I think Tha Eastsidaz 2nd record is a CLASSIC!

Man, it featured Bad Azz, Snoop, Kokane, Suga Free, RBX, LaToiya, MixMaster Spade. Kurupt, King Lou & Ruff Dogg. WIth beats by Hi-Tek, Battlecat and Fred Wreck :o OMG this album must be appreciated for wat it is!!!!!!!!
