"New West" Fantasy Label

Let’s say you had a new label that you were starting off, and you had enough cash to sign and properly promote 3 new artists and producers. I'm interested to see who you would sign and why?
The only limitations are that you can only sign 3 artists/groups and 3 producers they all have to be part of the
"new west"
Here are my picks:
Rappers:
1.) Glasses Malone - I'd pick him because I'm really liking his flow and voice. He seems to have the fresh content and witty lyrics to go along and seems like he's gonna be big.
2.) Bishop Lamont - This guy is dope. Don't really need to say much more, but he's got "star" written all over him
3.) Frontline - Even though they already have an album out, they are nice as hell to me. I'm really feelin what they're doing and think they could be huge
Extra Features:
I'd have Dr. Stank make a BUNCH of apperances of the albums too because I really like what he's doing.
Producers:
1.) J-Steez - Dudes got the FLAVOR. That west coast sound we all know/love
2.) Da Riffs - I've always been feeling what they're putting out. They've got versatility and are catchy as hell
3.) Crown City Productions - Fresh beats. No real need to explain, but I will. Head over to
http://www.crowncityproductions.com/
and listen to some of these beats.
Extra productions:
I'd have some production from Focus for some hard hitting shit.
With that lineup I think I'd have a strong ass label that would be putting out quality music from the west with mainstream appeal.
