hes no j live or even jay z for that matter but as fans of the west coast we should be a little more supportive of game....no matter what you say he put the west back on the scene.

The game is not lyrically awful when u compare him too a lot of MC's that r blowing up the charts he is not bad at all.

The first two verses on "Like Father, Like Son". Yet they're far from perfect, I mean... How the fuck can he talk about the birth of his son, and just use random lame filler lines like "pain is love, my stomach folding like a lazy boy"  ::)

i liked this line because im sure a lot of mainstream listeners didnt understand it

The protege of Doc Dre, I can finally put the shoes on
Now that the rumors of Rakim and Cube gone
They say Truth Hurts sunk like quicksand
Don't stop me in traffic and ask about Hittman

also,

I was two beeps away from a flatline
When you a Bad Boy niggaz don't wanna see you Shyne

this was also a remake of a Mase song...

i agree, Game drops a lot of names... but in these he has references that only OG westcoast music heads would understand... i like this album the more i listen to it...

peace

You're dead when that green line goes flat/
If you could start your life from scratch
You couldnt change that...
