Tash - Rap Life
« on: April 23, 2005, 05:58:42 AM »
Jesus , this record is absolutely flawless , i havent listened to it in a minute , every song from start to finish is just awesome . This album has definately been slept on , i think its probably one of the best releases from 1999 , up there with streetz is a mutha and 2001 .

Just wondering though , that cut " Fallin On " is produced by Rockwilder , it sounds exactly the same as the next episode , dont you think ?

^Dre & Rockwilder sampled that beat from an english song,so it really isnt either Tash's or Dre's beat.As for the album,I really enjoyed it.It is a great album, not a classic but still solid. My favorite cuts gotta be True Homies,The Game & G's Iz G's Remix which didnt make the album.

I agree, Tash is real tight, one of the best lyricists I've ever heard, all his shit rhymes
Definitely the best in the Likwit Crew

Xzibit ain't in the Likwit Crew anymore but I think Tash is with him lyrically on the same level

Being a LAKER is a privilige. Unfortunately some "Lakers" have forgotten that.

G'z iz G'z remix is one of the finest west coast posse cuts of all time in my opinion. its not the best or the greatest, but its definitely one of the better ones. was the remix ever released on a maxi single or 12".
