Why Eazy-E took so long to release a second album???
« on: April 29, 2005, 10:48:14 PM »
When Eazy Duz It came out, it was big and sold a lot. I never understand why Eazy-E took so long to make a follow-up does anyone know the story? The Eazy-E Ep that came out before 187onDrDRe was weak as phuck and very disappointing. Eazy's follow-up 187onDrDre was tight as phuck. The only other  Eazy-E track produced by Dre that wasnt an NWA song was Eazy Street on some rap compilation CD. Does anyone know of any other Dre producitions for Eazy-E that hven't been released or that I'm missing? Seems like I heard that Eazy was working on a solo album after Efil4zaggin, but then Dre left. Anyone know the scoop?

Eazy couldn't rap to save his life. Most of his shit was written by Ren or Cube. And most of the time Ren had to coach him how to rap his verse cause he was always off beat. The thing with Eazy was, he was a business man. A hustler. That's why he put so much in to Bone and his other acts.

With that being said, he did make some great albums with the help of his crew.

Yea...I remeber that...Temporary Insanity was supposed to drop. Back when I was a kid, I would call up Ruthless weekly and ask when the new Eazy or DOC album would drop. I remember that the lady said that they were working on them. LOL. I remember trying to talk to Eric Wright, but I guess they knew I was a 13 yo kid with no business need to talk to him! Eazy may not be able to rap, but that Eazy Duz It was classic...humorous and dope as hell.  Everyone bumped that Boyz N Da Hood back in the day.  It stands up better over time that Straight Outta Compton

My sentiments exactly, except for the last part. Fuck The Police will go down as one of the most contraversial songs in history.
