AZ Alkmaar's Kromkamp has an ankle injury, while midfield pair Olaf Lindenbergh and Michael Buskermolen are both suspended.

Sporting Lisbon will be without in-form striker Mauricio Pinilla, who has a thigh injury, so Liedson may play.
