Shaq was the third best offensive force in the NBA for the year of 2005, behind Duncan #2 and Garnett#1 and in front of Amare Stoudamire #4, Dirk Nowitkzi #5, and Lebron at #5.  I would have loved to see what Jason Kidd could do with that amazing duo the Suns have.

How was it the wrong decision? Steve Nash took a team that was in last place last year, and took them to first place. The games that the Suns did lose this year happened when Steve Nash was out of the line up.

Shaq goes on the HEat and they go from 4 or 5 to 1st. Doesn't seem like he was as valueable as Nash

Shaq didn't leave the Lakers...Phil Jackson (+his coaching staff), Gary Payton, Karl Malone, Derek Fisher, Kareem Rush, Rick Fox, Horace Grant, Bryon Russel, Slava Medvedenko's game, and Shaq left the Lakers...There's quite a difference. It's doesn't even take a moron to realize that the Lakers are basically an expansion team.

Dallas, on the other hand, have acquired impact players, such as Jason Terry, Erick Dampier, Keith Van Horn, Jerry Stackhouse, and Darrel Armstrong to their roster...Now do you see the difference, or do I need to elaborate further?...
