Everton need to make good signings in the summer with the dough they got for Rooney and TV revenue

They'll also have good money made available for the season after by playing in the Champions League and then add TV revenue on top of that again

Bottom line - Moyes needs to spend wisely or else Everton will slip back into being a middle table club again
