Did Kurupt steal 2Pacs idea?

When i was reading the 'Deth Row History' thread i remember reading that 2Pac was going to put out a West coast ,East Coast CD..

And yesturday i was going through some old CDs and i pulled out the 'Kuruption' CD and it was a West Coast,East Coast CD..

so did Kurupt steal 2Pacs idea?

I dont know/care. But let's say both 2Pac and Kurupt were born in the East Coast and raised in the West, so..

tupac had already released an est/west project called Thug Life Vol. 1 so it wasnt a new idea.
