First off, you don't know if Hip-Hop is rappers only hustle, and if they have any other income. Alot of artits have branched out into real estate.

I said that? damn, i can't remember saying that... and as far as I know, the "Down With U.S." song, which was a Fredwreck beat, was on Bad Azz' last album, Executive Decisionz.. and he has a bunch of unreleased cuts with Fred too.
