Can anyone recomend me some free adware/spyware removal software, not one that just scans, but scans and removes.

i use Ad Aware and occasionally Spybot: Search & Destroy...both fairly handy...

Then this... http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

Then get a Mac.
