Man, I've been to Rosarito/San Diego on Spring Break, College Fest, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Regular Weekends etc. and I've never been stopped. I been in the car with my darkest homies, never been stopped. I mean, I know there's the Truck Stop, but I've never seen anyone, other than trucks, pull in.

I just went to san diego and back today for my cousins graduation at ucsd, what a bunch of shit, im never driving that far south again unless its for somethin important like this, oh yeah and the stop is right after the titties station on the way there, but it was closed so i just passed through, btw san diegos still lame as it was the last time i went, lol......naw to be honest its ok, after all, carlsbad is my shit

umm yeah i lived in tahoe for 7 years but that still doesnt make me from there, i was born down here first, and tahoe doesnt even have a downtown, lol, but it has bums, their cool, not as hardcore as the ones down here though

its crazy, i dont see how all of you guys miss this thing? lol Like i said, even the coyotes from TJ know about it...if theyre driving people up north of San Diego they usually take the 15 instead of the 5. The 15 has a checkpoint too, but its far less active.

Let's set he record straight... THERE IS AN IMMIGRATION CHECKPOINT coming up from San Diego near the nuclear power plant in San Onofre.  Whether and when it's used is another story.  The point is that it is there and you can possibly get caught up if you're not careful.  Having someone "legal" drive through and then call back letting the "illegal" know if the checkpoint is active is a highly used method and is pretty effective.  It is extremely dumb (and rare) for an illegal coming up to LA from SD not to know there is a checkpoint there.  Ask your local drug smuggler and you better believe he'll know there is a checkpoint there.
