my comp is fucked, plz help

i got some wack virus called apache or some shit, and i cant remove it, its fuckin up my comp, i tyr to download a spyware remover or w/e but i cant fuckin download anything, fuckin winodws media player dont work so i got no music and im gettin MAD pop ups... any suggestions

If it gets really bad, if you have a recovery disk that came with your computer, use it...but it deletes everything cause it basically restarts everything to the beggining where u didnt have anything
