Does anyone know how to clear / delete the index in your "cookies" folder??

or is this something you can't delete?

i've tried deleting all the text in the document but it doesn't do anything

i downloaded a free "trial-period" program and it seems to have worked fine

just download Ccleaner.....takes care of everythin
