Mexico played a great first half except for that stupid error by Fonseca.  They cut off the wings of Brazil that killed Greece and forced Brazil to play up the middle which Mexico ganged up on them in the middle on defense and hardly allowed Brazil to do any fance plays that leads to goals.

Male football.  lol you dont think Mexico can hold their own against a powerhouse like Brazil?!  We did own them in 99!

Mexico played Brazil well, if the creative players such as Kaka and Ronaldinho as covered, they don't seem to have much of a plan B. Borgetti up front held the ball up well every time it came up to him, which definitely helped, and the left back and the number 5 both played really well in defence. Good luck to Mexico in the semis, although I think on current form Argentina will pretty much easily take them, although I think Germany would struggle against them.

Its going to be fun watching Mexico play against Argentina/Germany.  Just to see if the coach can make the adjustments to their style.
