Pay homage to the best West Coast crew EVER
« on: June 20, 2005, 02:37:57 PM »
That DPG/DoggHouse crew!

Snoop Dogg
Tha Eastsidaz
Kurupt
Xzibit
Nate Dogg
Suga Free
Kokane
Butch Cassidy
RBX
Bad Azz
Doggy's Angels
Jayo Felony
Soopafly
Mac Minister

What more could you ask for? You had mainstream rappers, street rappers, mc's, singers, pimps, etc. Too bad Dr. Dre and Daz  werent around for this.

And too bad Snoop let that empire crumble

I don't understand how Jayo Felony, Suga Free, and Xzibit are on that list, they were never considered part of dogg house. They were featured on a few songs here nad there, i wouldn't call them part of that crew.

jayo was only on one song on the first eastsidaz album and then he had beef with them.  I definately would not put him in that crew.  and only 3 good albums came out of that crew from that time period, the 2 eastsidaz albums and bad azz  personal business, anything else was crap.

Sicwidit/Jive records crew from the 90's:

E-40
B-Legit
D-Shot
Celly Cel
Spice 1
Levitti
Suga T
Lil Bruce
The Mossie
Funk Mob

Producers:  Bosko, Sudio Ton, Mike Mosely, K-Lou, Tone Capone, Ant Banks

They were unfuckwitable, and they have the records to prove it, unlike the doggystyle roster.

look at how many tracks DPG related they were on & vise versa. i dont mean just on Snoop/Eastsidaz albums. I mean tracks like "Hardest Muthafuckas" but Kurupt, Xzibit, Nate Dogg, MC Ren. or "DoggHouse Ridaz" by Bad Azz, Suga Free, Goldie Loc, Kokane
