i used to smoke and the hardest stage for me was after about a month coz then i was fiending for some nicotine so bad. but all in all it´s pretty easy to quit if that´s what you really want.

i had no reason to quit, so i picked it back up.

i find it pretty easy for some reason... the best i did quitting before this was a few hours... maybe i'm ready to quit i dunno... but sometimes i get chronic cravings, but then stop and think for a sec, and they go away !!! no patches, no gum, nuffin, just some liquor and im chillen

p.S i found it harder to quit weed than ciggies... quittin weed fucked with my head for 2 solid months.
