To the Soccer fans out there...

How do you guys rate Mexico's performance so far in the Confederations Cup

Giving up only one goal in 195 minutes of facing both Argentina and Brazil is pretty impressive.  Will Mexico get a bit more respect now?  What do you guys think

Yea, they're good. People talk about how good teams are on paper. How they should dominate. But when the whistle blows, anything can happen.

I still believe they wont make it passed the quarters in the world cup.

I only saw Mexico vs. Argentina, and I was impressed/surprised at times..
Many good technical players, but it seems like they lack a top goal scorer..

OH really?  I actually go for that team. America is the rich team in the Mexican Leauge.  THey have all the "big names"  Navia, Blano, Pardo, Claudio Lopez, so i wouldnt be surprised i that is what they are trying to do

Yes mexico have been good,, can tell got a good balance within the side and seem to be well organised throughout, pretty good short passers of the ball aswell.

yea they were, but 6th is a lil high for them considering most of them 20 games would have been against oceania / asian teams, like japan, usa, chile, paraguay etc, but yeah after seeing them handle them selves well in the confederations cup would definalty look to place them within the top 20 sides around the world.

ive read that some European Clubs are interested in Salcido (the guy that scored the goal against Argentina in Overtime) and Pineda (guy that had the chip shot in a penalty against Argentina).  Thats just too dope, i hope they go to europe so they can improve their game even more
