out of your choices, "Loud & Clear" is the best instro, Battlecat on that shit with Defari, him and X both come dope
also "Rimz & Tirez" is mad underrated, Soopafly on that shit with Defari rapping also, I edited out Goldie Loc's verse though on my computer cuz it was wack

but one that wasn't on the list is "Been A Long Time"  produced by Battlecat
that shit knocks and it's one of the best Nate Dogg hooks I've heard, the beat is crazy if you listen carefully to the percussion
