yeah, if youre smart about it you can just come across. But u gotta be smart. If youre 40, with some tight dusty jeans, a cowboy hat and boots, with a plaid shirt...tucked in, with a bigass belt buckle....they might stop u lol. But if youre young, a teenager u can just walk across if youre smart. Just get some American clothes (which wont be TOO hard in TJ). Get u some fakeass Nike shit...wait till Friday, Saturday, or Wednesday (college night) in TJ. And walk back across around 3 or 4 with everybody else. Its a big risk, but it can....and has been done.
