Anyone remember that track on the Clipse first album that was shelved.There was a tight ass track on there with Kurupt that was the sickest Neptunes beat.What was that track called and does anyone have that Clipse album ??

Also ,i never knew the Neptunes produced that track on Mase's first album,cant remember the name,but it goes "why you over there lookin' at me".....on the chorus.That was the dopest track on tha album.They've been around longer than i thought.'Best u Can" was also a dope Neptunes beat on that Liks album 3 or 4 years ago.

that Mase song is called "Lookin at me".  and yea, Neptunes been around a while.  One of the first hits they produced (I believe before Mase's album) was "Superthug (what what)" by NORE

"Spuerthug" came out in 99 i belive. that Mase album dropped in 97

Mase's album dropped in either late 97' or early 98'. Superthug (off or Nore's N.O.R.E. album) came out in summer 98'. They weren't that far apart. But yeah, Lookin' at Me was the first Neptunes joint I ever heard.
