each make a beat set some rules i.e. time length, intro/outros, and voting rules and shit...like...first with X amount of votes wins...stuff like that...and time limit on when the beats due and all that sheeeeit 8)

I'll be the Mod for this one if you want.

Rules:

-Maximum beat length is 2:00 (give or take a few seconds)
-No Minimum length
-Samples are OK
-No recorded vocals.  Sampled vocals are ok.  (So that means no rapping or talking on the beat)
-Must be a new beat made exclusively for this battle


Once you both agree, you will have 3 days to complete the beat.  Once the beats are finished, PM me with a link, and I'll post them both up at the same time.
