I know most of y'all will say 50 but I think R.U.L.E. was better than The Massacre... So I go for Ja...now

Now THIS is actually a good question. I voted for 50 though - he's made some really nice music in the past. He just fell off right now, sold out and all that, and still I think The Massacre was better than R.U.L.E.  I simply never liked Ja Rule - I never even understood what some people might like about him. According to the "rate an emcee game" I would personally rate him
Lyrics: 3/10
Voice: 1/10
Flow: 1.5/10

I mean, rappers who flow worse than Rule are rare. I guess you can't even call it a flow. He usually sounds totally off beat to me, his voice is highly annoying and his lyrics suck. I'm sorry. It's just how I feel. That doesn't mean I think you can't like him though. I don't understand why you do, but that's a whole different story. If you enjoy his music, go ahead.

you should listen to veni vecci vetti homie. The track with eric sermon is one off my favorite joints. rule can flow well but not on all kind of beats.

i love the grodt cd from 50 but i don't like the dude, he's not respecting the hip hop and rap game. he is arrogant n shit, but back in 2003 he was hot.

and i also thought r.u.l.e was better than massacre, but it was not that great. there's 3 tracks i really like on it, the last mohicans, new york with jada and the song that i dont remember the name but the hook goes like that: bitch niggas get of the grind and grab the nine and ''poc'' ''poc'' ''poc''.

gun talk... yeah I was about to say that, on VVV you can see that Ja can flow and does have dope lyrics but yeah his fucking love songs just suck I like him because he uses different styles, he goes like from pop to r&b to hardcore rap... and I admit his lyrics might suck some times but u have to admit he had some dope tracks...and his voice most ppl think it's annoying but I like it i don't know why...I like voices like Ja's & Dmx's...ahh well everyone has an opinion...

People often refer to VVV as being Ja's best record. I might check that one out, just to make sure... ;)

What kinda of question is this?  People just wanna say Ja Rule to be different.  He's never been good.
The Massacre isn't as good as Get Rich Or Die Tryin' but still probably better than anything Ja Rule has ever released.

no way man.  fuck 50.  i liked power of the dollar, and grodt was nice as hell too.  but vvv was dope, 336 was pretty good, blood in my eye is straight gold on the gangsta tip, and RULE wipes its ass wit the massacre.  ja rule gets no respect because everyone jumped on the 50 bandwagon, and it turned you.  but dont get it twisted homie, ja is goin back to his old self and 50 is goin back to the ja he made fun of.  corny fucker
