In an industry filled with half-stepping rappers, it's rare that you come across an artist, let alone a group, that TRUELY has the inner-makings of superstars. Nowadays, it's all about how many cars you can buy, how many jewels you own, how many hoes you can pull, and so forth. Let's not forget those that rap about how many guns they tote! Rap, as we used to know it, has been headed down the toilet for quite some time now. Just when we thought that substantial rap was dead, Da BackWudz are here to turn things around. Backed by Dallas Austin, this group is already enjoying a taste of success with their new single, "You Gonna Love Me". They're now ready to drop their debut album on Austin's Rowdy Records, entitled "Wood Work".
