Question about Snoop's "Pimp Slapp'd" song

Is it true that the guy on the awnser machine @ the end of the song sued Snoop for putting that shit on the Album?

And what ever happend with that?

yea wasnīt in one of Mausbergīs homies? all in all i really donīt think he was afraid that Suge was gonna do something i just think that he wanted to cash in on that shit. had he been afraid that Suge was gonna kill him for sayin that shit he never wouldīve said it in the first place.

Nah...thing is, I am assuming that was a real answering machine, and of course he would say it on Snoop's answering machine, assuming that Snoop wasn't gonna put it out in public, let alone on an album, let alone a song dissin Suge Knight. So that was shady of Snoop if he didn't even get permission from dude sayin that. I doubt that dude woulda ever said that if he knew Suge or anybody else would hear it.
