obviously all the ones you think should be on aren't going to, but still, there are some that are just ridiculous
I mean, this is 50, and some DO NOT belong in the top 50 even if they ARE good artists
if you're basing it on talent, then geeeeeezzzzz.......

at the most they laugh at rap...have you seen teh rap shows they play and disect?? most of the time its middle aged white people who are has beens or never weres talking about this and that....that list was prolly compiled by them...the same people that grew up on mtv...and their only taste has been what was played on yo mtv raps or jams that played hip hop for what? 2 hours a day? vh1 has put together some good stuff on rap

to me that initself is an un hip hop moment

I think the criteras to enter in that kind of list are not really ok.Its all about who sold a lot,who stuck on top of the charts & for how long etc...so im not surprised that u see fag azz eastcoast cats reaching the top of this list

Im juss speculating but i think thats the truth plus if  add the audience obligations they need to get well u obtain every damn year on vh1,mtv etc....this bullshit list
